Abstract Submission Guidelines
| • | All abstracts must be submitted via the online abstract submission system. | |
| • | No changes can be made to an abstract once it has been submitted. Each abstract will be assigned a unique reference number, and you will receive an acknowledgement email containing this reference number upon successful submission. If you do not receive the acknowledgement email within 24 hours of submission, please contact the Conference Secretariat at [email protected]. | |
| • | All abstract-related correspondences will be sent via email to the presenting author. | |
| • | All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Programme Committee. All accepted abstracts will be invited to present posters in the designated poster area. | |
| • | Abstract selection results and guidelines for preparing the poster and oral presentation will be sent to the presenting author no later than September 28, 2026. | |
| • | Authors of abstracts not selected for presentation will also receive a notification email, and authors can still register for the event. | |
| • | Presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to register and by October 16, 2026. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the programme. | |
| • | Each presenting author can only present one abstract, but may be the co-author of any number of abstracts. | |
| • | By submitting the abstract, the authors, represented by the presenting author, agree that IOHK 2026 holds the right to display the abstract on the IOHK2026 website and program book. | |
| Assessment and screening | ||
| • | Abstracts will be assessed for scientific quality, novelty, clarity of languages and relevancy with the Conference subtopics. Abstracts not meeting the quality standards and containing no result or structure will not be accepted. | |
| • | Multiple submissions from the same presenting authors will be rejected. | |
| • | Identical submissions from different first authors will also be rejected. | |
